What do we have here?

Hello. You've stumbled upon Jack and Jane (a generational culture cocktail), a blog-in-progress. We are a mom and son duo from Bakersfield, California, who have joined together to create a sort of common space for the ages--or at least the age-related. Beginning mid-May, 2011, look for monthly, themed collections of posts to be added to this space. Future "issues" will include multi-generational viewpoints in the form  of writing, video, and interviews, plus glimpses of some of the stuff we like, use, or anything else that seems appropriate to share.
